Press Info in Congress 3, 11th - 13th of September

The Press Info is the place for the members of the media to get materials, press releases and presentations. Onsite personnel will assist in reaching the speakers to set up interviews.

Press Info is set-up with workstations as well as WLAN connections for visiting journalists.

Conference Press Luncheon Monday 11th at 12 o´clock

The Organisers welcome members of the press to join the speakers for a Press Luncheon, during which the speakers are prepared to answer questions and give interviews on their respective subjects.

The Press Info at the Conference Venue Sibelius Hall in Lahti, Finland is open during the Conference (11th – 13th September), with personnel to help the members of the press to reach speakers for interviews and acquire materials on the various subjects presented by the speakers.

Registration to the Press Luncheon and Conference

The Members of the Press are more than welcome to take part in the Press Luncheon as well as in the Conference. Participation is free of charge but registration is mandatory. Onsite-registration is possible.
