Instructions

Poster session offers an ideal platform to display successful energy audit procedures, initiatives and projects for professional audience.

Posters will be displayed during the conference and presented during a dedicated session at 12:00 - 13:00 on the 12th of September, the second conference day.

Posters are invited in following categories:

  • Energy audit programmes
  • Energy audit methodologies
  • Integration of renewables in energy audit procedures
  • Good practices

Poster Registration

If you’d like to present a poster in the conference, please fill in the poster registration form and return it filled-in by September 4th, 2006:

We will confirm your poster registration and send you further details in return. In case your poster doesn’t fit into the given poster presentation guidelines, you’ll be informed immediately.

Poster registration fee is 1000 euro, including the following

  • 1 poster exhibition panel (97 cm x 117 cm, upright format) including table for material
  • Participation of one person of the exhibiting organisation in the conference.
  • VAT

Poster size

The preferred size of the poster is 70 x 100 cm. Make sure that your poster can be viewed at a distance of at least 2 m.

Staff at poster stands

The participation of a competent person is required to present the poster during the dedicated Poster Session on September 12th at 12:00 - 13:00 hours. Please make sure you register the person taking care and presenting the poster in the conference. Please be sure to be on spot to present your poster and to answer to possible questions.

We kindly ask you to meet these recommendations to ensure an efficient and successful presentation of your poster to the conference audience.

Presentation of your poster in the conference proceedings

Your poster or a short summary of the related project can be included in the conference proceedings (1-2 pages A4). In case you’d like to include your poster presentation in the conference proceedings, please send it with your poster registration by email (info@audit06.fi) by September 4th, 2006.

Please do not send printed brochures but only a text by e-mail.

Printed brochures can only be disseminated at you poster stand.

Set-up and disassembly

The set-up of the posters will be on Sunday, 10th of September, 2006 between 17:00 and 20:00. Assisting personnel will be present to assist you. In case these times are impossible for you, please contact us as early as possible beforehand.

Upon arrival in the conference venue Sibelius Hall, please contact the information desk. The Poster can be fixed either with adhesive tape or pins.

The disassembly of the posters will take place on 13th of September, 2006 between 15:00 and 16:00.

We retain the right to limit the number of posters to be exhibited. The posters will be accepted in the registration order. Please do not send your poster to us in advance. Bring it with you!

Liability

The conference organisers do not take any responsibility for possible damages to exhibits.
