Short CV:
Working with the French Energy and Environmental Protection Agency (ADEME) H Despretz has since 1999 supervised the French Energy Audit Programme in the building sector. Mr. Despretz has been involved and/or co-ordinated several international projects related to Rational Use of Energy in buildings and has also developed calculation tools for, energy auditors and for energy certification of buildings. Mr. Despretz holds a Masters degree in Civil engineering from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
