Short CV:
Over the years Mr. Selan has been involved in design, management, evaluation and promotion of energy efficiency programmes, elaboration of energy audits and introduction of energy management. As a national co-ordinator, project manager and project director he has co-llaborated in a number of EU and national energy projects and programmes. He is head of the Department for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning in Slovenia. Before joining the ministry he managed the Energy Efficiency Centre at the "Jožef Stefan" Institute.
