Short CV:
Working with the City of Helsinki PWD Construction management Ms Soitinaho has been launching and implementing the energy saving programme and work in Helsinki including a large scale energy audit programme. Ms Soitinaho has been the negotiator on behalf of the City of Helsinki on Voluntary Energy Saving Agreements with the Ministry of Trade and Industry. In 1995 Ms Soitinaho set up the Energy Management Agency (EU) to Helsinki. She has also taken part in many international projects. Ms Soitinaho has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) from the Helsinki University of Technology and has a long experience from energy saving work in the tertiary sector.
