Mr. Josef Votruba gained Masters in Engineering with Economics/Business Administration Modules in Prague’s Technical University, Machinery Faculty. The whole carrier he devoted energy sector issues starting with role of nuclear energy in energy policy of the former Czechoslovakia within Federal Ministry of Fuel and Energy. The key qualifications gained – Energy policy, Supply of heat, Management of international development projects financed out of Phare MEPs, Energy Laws Energy Charter Treaty, Energy efficiency demonstration projects. At present Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic with responsibilities over Energy Auditors, Energy services and energy savings.
