Cancellations

A written notification of all cancellations must be sent to the Conference office:

Cancellation of participation

  • If cancellation to participate is received by May 12th, 2006 the registration fee less a cancellation fee of eur 40 for administrative expenses will be refunded.
  • A 50 % cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between May 12th, and August 11th, 2006.
  • After this date no refunds will be made.

Cancellation of hotels or events

  • If cancellation of hotel, social programme or tour reservation is received by May 12th, 2006 a handling fee of eur 20 will be charged.
  • For tour cancellations between May 12th and July 28th a refund of 50 % of the payment will be issued.
  • No refunds will be issued for tour cancellations received after July 28th, 2006.
  • For hotel cancellations received after May 12th, 2006 a one night fee will be charged as cancellations fee.

There will be no refund for no-shows.
